Most of my work is in my client's home, or hotel. (except chair massage in the office or at events)

For more than 18 years I have promoted massage at home to my clients. And the results they've experienced continue to validate my assertion that venturing beyond your front door for a stress reducing or therapeutic massage is a mistake.

If you go to a spa or massage studio for an hour session and then get in your car and go back to your kids, your job, your life – your muscles are quickly robbed of many of the benefits of that massage. Your whole system goes “back to work”. Whereas, if you have an 80 minute massage at 7-8-9 o’clock at night (or any time) in your home and then take a bath or just relax, your muscles assimilate the work much more deeply and benefit well into the following days.

That being said, I also have a location in Cleveland Heights, OH. (Photo coming) It's set up with a great sound system and a relaxing ambiance with incense and candles.

Massage relaxes tense muscles and calms the nervous system, causing your body's rhythm to slow down. When this happens, the blood pressure lowers, the heart rate settles, and your breathing becomes deeper and more rhythmic, priming you for a perfect night's sleep. I understand that home spas, and relaxation spa treatments, are becoming more popular every day. With Nurturework I try, in my small way, to fulfill that trend with top quality service.

Choosing a room.
The best choice will be a warm, quiet space with enough room to walk around the massage table. It's nice if we can control the light level in the room, but not necessary. And, I will need access to an electric receptacle.
